DIPRO is one of the most proven and prominent companies as an IT solution provider for the manufacturing industry in Japan. Whenever we asked his advice in facing a challenging situation in our business expansion, marketing methodology and sales strategy, he always kindly helped us by providing us his very shrewd suggestions. He has the empathy and ability to learn and read any new market rapidly. Thanks to his precise analysis of the Japanese dental industry which is quite unique, he was quickly able to provide us a keen insight, with a level of depth which was quite unbelievable given that he comes from a western culture. We learned and obtained a lot of invaluable knowledge and expertise to enable us to have good relationships with right people in the industry and thus understand real customer needs.
